Established in 2007 Property Solutions (Southern) Limited and formerly trading as Property Management Solutions, rebranded to Mallorie Estate in January 2023 to reflect the fact that we are and always have been a family run business.

We are proud to have attained several industry accreditations which help us ensure that our service is the best it can possibly be. We are members of both ARMA and ARLA Propertymark which means we meet higher industry standards than the law demands and strictly adhere to their regulations, ensuring that we only provide a first-class service and offer you the best possible advice.

We are also members of The Property Ombudsman and the Deposit Protection Scheme which backed by the Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme guarantees your money is always protected.

ACCREDITATION

The property industry is saturated with ‘agents’ that offer property management services either as a primary business or as a support service, this leads to poor quality management and risk to clients who are seeking assurance that the property is managed well and is compliant with all current legislative obligations.

There are currently no requirements to have any training or qualifications to operate in the property industry however in such a changing & dynamic industry it is our opinion that this is unacceptable. The management of property is a complex business and to ensure that our staff are kept aware & informed of the latest (ever changing) legislation, we uphold the RICS service charge code and continue to be proud members of ARMA & ARLA Propertymark, attending frequent seminars and workshops to ensure our knowledge is always current & relevant.

OUR OFFICE

Our modern office located in Verwood on the Dorset / Hampshire / Wiltshire border acts as an excellent hub for access to the region and for clients to visit. We have facilities for meetings of up to 10 people with disabled access. Free parking and EV charging is available at the adjacent Potters Wheel car park.

TECHNOLOGY

The evolution of hybrid working over the last 3 years has required businesses to find more innovative ways to enable staff to work & interface with clients whatever the circumstances. We have always embraced technology and have utilised cloud storage & VOIP phones since incorporation. In recent years however we have taken that approach even further and now use online services for bookkeeping, communication, and client interaction (skype & teams). Our preferred method of communication is email although we do have a 24/7 answering service where calls can be taken and, in the event of a genuine emergency, diverted to a member of staff.

Mallorie Estates are a family run business located in Verwood, Dorset and provide Property Management and Lettings Services across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Right To Manage allows leaseholders of residential properties to take over the management of their property from the landlord or managing agent, and the team at Mallorie Estates works with clients across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Mallorie Estates are licensed members of ARLA and ARMA and offer Fully Managed Lettings Services for landlords and tenants across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
